Other duties as assigned.**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:**+ Solid understanding of Laboratory Outreach, operations, trends, client expectations, patient expectations, competitive environment, and business development. [Required]+ Knowledge and implementation of regulatory standards including DNV, OSHA, CAP, CLIA, and compliance programs. [Required]+ Conducts all activities with the highest standards of professionalism and integrity. [Required]+ Ability to think strategically and to make appropriate decisions in stressful circumstances. [Required]+ Understanding of financial management, reporting, analysis as well as operational and capital planning.
