Pay & Details: Our drivers averaged $87,000 annually in 2025 Percentage-based pay + 30 CPM deadhead pay Home weekly OTR and regional midwestern routes available Benefits & Advantages: Health, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) with company match Assigned late-model Kenworth and Volvo tractors Our average driver has been with us 5+ Years Weekly payroll Paid detention Paid vacation Minimum Requirements: A valid CDL-A Must be at least 23 years or older 1 year of recent OTR experience (possible training for inexperienced CDL holders) No more than 3 moving violations in past 3 years No major violations on MVR in last 5 years (reckless driving, DUI, etc.) No major preventable accidents in last 3 years Stable employment history with good references About Van Wyk Inc.: As a family-owned company with over a half century of success, we're big enough to keep you running, but small enough to give you the personalized attention you deserve. Today, we operate over 200 power units and 350+ reefers for the time-sensitive transportation of fresh and frozen foods and specialized products in traffic lanes encompassing the upper Midwest to the East coast. From our headquarters in Sheldon, Iowa, the second generation of Van Wyk family continues to work to provide each of our truck drivers with a great paycheck and an outstanding quality of life.
