Human Resources Manager - Contract to Hire -Loveland, CO

About the Role

We’re partnering with a growing aerospace R&D organization in Loveland, CO that is expanding and investing in its people function ( ~ 30 employees). This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-impact, standalone HR role reporting directly to executive leadership.

This position is ideal for someone who enjoys building processes, wearing multiple hats, and influencing company growth .

What You’ll Do

• Lead all HR functions, including employee relations, compliance, performance management, and policy development
• Manage full-cycle recruiting and onboarding
• Oversee benefits administration and employee support
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws
• Partner with leadership on organizational planning and engagement
• Build and improve HR processes, policies, and best practices
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership

What We’re Looking For

• 5 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong knowledge of HR compliance and best practices
• Ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities
• Hands-on, adaptable, and proactive mindset

Work Environment

• Initially onsite in Loveland, CO
• Opportunity to transition to a hybrid schedule
