Physical Therapist — Outpatient — Webster, TX

Provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments focused on restoring function and returning patients to community activities. Complete 60-minute evaluations and appropriate treatment sessions. Develop, implement, and modify individualized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals, and physician direction. Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy services as assigned. Maintain timely, accurate documentation including goals, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry. Participate in student instruction as assigned and pursue professional development in collaboration with clinical management. Adhere to state practice act, professional codes of conduct, and organization compliance standards. Demonstrate and promote patient and employee safety practices including safe patient handling, materials handling, infection control, and workplace hazard reporting.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Texas physical therapy license required to start the assignment.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience conducting comprehensive outpatient evaluations and creating goal-driven treatment plans.
• Experience with documentation, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in an outpatient clinic setting.
• Ability to supervise and delegate to support staff and students when assigned.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior outpatient clinic experience treating orthopedic and outpatient musculoskeletal populations.
• Experience with safe patient handling programs and performance improvement initiatives.

• Schedule: 5x8
• Position Type: Outpatient physical therapy role providing evaluation and treatment with 60-minute evaluations.
• May be required to follow clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, and punctuality.
