Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PRN)
Hours of Work: PRN
Days of Week: Varies (availability on weekdays and weekends)
Work Shift: PRN (United States)
Your Role:We are looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team on a PRN basis, specifically during weekends. In this dynamic and rewarding role, you will work alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional care to our patients. Your primary responsibility will be to provide both professional and technical physical therapy services to assigned individuals. This includes direct and indirect patient care, adhering to the Practice of Physical Therapy Act/Rules process, which encompasses evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, ongoing reassessment, and discharge planning.
Qualifications:- Graduation from an accredited baccalaureate or post-baccalaureate program in Physical Therapy
- Current Basic Life Support Certification
- Valid Texas License or Temporary License required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist
- Maintain clear and open communication with team members and patients
- Foster relationships that encourage a collaborative work environment
- Take responsibility for your performance and outcomes
- Continuously seek ways to enhance the patient experience
- Proactively pursue opportunities for professional development
- Engage actively in building a successful team
Our organization is proud to be the first full-service acute care hospital in Midlothian, Texas. We serve the Midlothian community and northern Ellis County with a 46-bed facility designed to grow alongside the community. Our services range from emergency care and advanced surgical procedures to imaging and labor and delivery. We feature 16 emergency department beds, two operating suites, and state-of-the-art digital and medical technologies.
