LPN Homecare - Pediatric

Salary: $25 - $27 / per hour
Maxim Healthcare is hiring for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Guysville, OH to work pediatric patients in their homes! Care involves enteral feeds and seizure management. Full-time, part-time and PRN opportunities are available for DAY and NIGHT SHIFTS!

Shifts Available: Days: Monday, Friday, Saturday 7am-7pm Days: Tuesday - Thursday 7am-5pm Nights: Friday - Sunday 9pm-8am

Responsibilities:

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patients condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.

Qualifications:

• Currently licensed as an LPN in the state in which the LPN will practice.
• Current TB or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
