Position Highlights

• Outpatient only primary care serving a diverse community
• Work alongside family medicine, internal medicine, pediatrics, and women s health clinicians in a collaborative team environment
• 8 half day clinical sessions weekly (1.0 FTE)
• Monday Friday schedule, no inpatient work and no weekend clinic
• Protected administrative time
• Medical student teaching optional
• Direct access to leadership and decision makers

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation is aligned with MGMA standards and designed to be competitive in the Bay Area while supporting a sustainable, patient centered practice model. (Foundation salaries use MGMA percentiles rather than the fixed faculty structure.)

• Generous Base Salary

The minimum base salary range for this position is $290,000.00 - $360,000.00
