Position Summary:

We are seeking a reliable, personable, and detail-oriented Cashier to join our front-of-house team. As a cashier, you'll be the final and lasting impression our customers have during their visit — ensuring smooth transactions, maintaining accuracy, and delivering top-tier customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and professionally
• Accurately process sales transactions using POS systems
• Verify proper identification and ensure compliance with state cannabis regulations
• Handle cash and card transactions securely
• Answer basic product questions and refer to product specialists for detailed inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization at the register
• Support inventory tracking and product restocking as needed
• Work collaboratively with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Qualifications:

• Must be 21+ with a valid government-issued ID
• Evenings and weekends are required
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in cannabis retail, hospitality, or customer service preferred
• Basic math and computer skills
• Ability to handle high-volume customer flow with professionalism and a smile
• Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
• Must pass any background checks required by local/state regulations
• Must be able to obtain Agent ID
• Must have some cannabis knowledge
