Your Role & Growth Path In this role, you will be the backbone of our production and fulfillment process. You will start with the fundamentals of our product-packaging, shipping, and box builds-while being mentored in technical assembly and safety testing. As you master these tasks, you will have the opportunity to take on more advanced responsibilities within the firm. Key Responsibilities:- Production & Fulfillment: Build product housing, construct specialized shipping boxes, and manage the final packaging of units.
- Technical Assembly: Perform hands-on manufacturing tasks, including gluing plastic components and assembling mechanical "tops."
- Safety & Reliability Testing: Conduct Hi-Pot (High Potential) testing to ensure every unit meets rigorous electrical safety standards.
- Technical Programming: Program integrated circuits (ICs) using PC-based software to finalize technical builds.
- Quality Assurance: Collaborate with the Product Manager to verify that all outgoing products meet our "Gold Standard" for reliability.
- Reliability: You take pride in being a "pro"-showing up on time, being consistent, and owning your workspace.

- Technical Aptitude: Comfortable using hand tools, micrometers, and basic PC programs.
- Manual Dexterity: Strong hand-eye coordination for handling small components and PCBs.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to remain stationary for periods and move/transport items (routinely under 10 lbs; occasionally over 10 lbs).
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
