As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every guest while working alongside a team that values people, hospitality, and personal growth. Whether you're greeting guests, taking orders, delivering meals, or preparing beverages, you'll play an important role in making every visit remarkable.

No previous restaurant experience? No problem.  We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

• 3 days a week of 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, 12:00 PM-3:00 PM, or 12:00 PM-5:00 PM work hours

Chick-fil-A Raleigh Hills & Cedar Hills Blvd is locally owned and operated by Dean Hogan. A native Oregonian and Seaside High School graduate, Dean is passionate about investing in people and serving the Beaverton community he proudly calls home.

Position:  Front of House Team Member — Parent Shift

Schedule:  11:00 AM–2:00 PM

Position Type:  Part-Time

Pay:  $17.00–$17.50/hour

What You'll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help make every guest feel welcomed and cared for.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a friendly smile
• Take accurate guest orders while providing exceptional customer service
• Prepare and serve beverages, including Chick-fil-A's signature lemonade and fresh-brewed iced tea
• Deliver food to guests and make sure they have everything they need
• Keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting
• Restock front-of-house supplies throughout the day
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Work together with teammates to provide fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, and appearance
• Support the restaurant's vision, values, and culture
• Perform additional duties as needed

• Are comfortable standing for extended periods
• Can regularly lift and carry up to 35 pounds
• Can reliably work the 11:00 AM–2:00 PM, 12:00 PM-3:00 PM, or 12:00 PM-5:00 PM Parent Shift 3 days a week
• Are proficient in English

Experience

Previous experience as a cashier, barista, customer service representative, restaurant crew member, or in food service is helpful, but  not required .
