Litigation Associate

We are seeking a motivated Litigation Attorney to join a growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney looking to take on meaningful responsibility and work on complex, high-impact cases across a variety of practice areas. Key Responsibilities: Handle a diverse caseload of litigation matters, including commercial, insurance, municipal, and other civil litigation matters Manage cases from inception through resolution, including pleadings, discovery, motions, trial preparation, and appeals as needed Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, mediations, and negotiations Provide strategic legal counsel and risk assessments to clients Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop effective case strategies Conduct legal research and draft briefs, motions, and other legal documents Qualifications: J.D. from an accredited law school Strong research, writing, and advocacy skills Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively Licensed and in good standing with the state bar Bonus potential (performance-based; not guaranteed) #J-18808-Ljbffr Staffers Inc.
