Production Supervisor

The Judge Group is seeking an experienced and hands‑on Production Supervisor with plastic experience for a great client located in Ohio. This is a highly production‑driven role requiring strong leadership, attention to quality, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, custom manufacturing environment.

Shift & Schedule

• Shifts Available:
  • 2nd Shift: 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM (Sunday-Friday midnight finish)
  • 3rd Shift: Starts Sunday at 12:00 AM (kicks off production week)
• Hours: 8-hour shifts + 1 hour mandatory overtime (9-10 hour days typical)
• Schedule: 24/5 continuous operation

Key Responsibilities

• Stay actively engaged on the production floor at all times
• Support QA processes, including checking product quality and gathering materials
• Oversee and manage 1-2 extrusion lines per shift
• Lead and coordinate line workers to meet high production targets
• Execute frequent product changeovers using established numerical/paper-based processes
• Maintain workflow efficiency in a demanding, high-throughput environment

Qualifications

• Prior plastic extrusion experience preferred
• Open to strong machine operators with leadership potential
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, production‑focused setting
• Leadership experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus
• Comfortable working with minimal downtime and high output expectations
