This role is vital in maintaining the store's standards and enhancing the shopping experience for our customers.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with inquiries regarding produce items, providing knowledgeable recommendations and support.
• Ensure all produce is fresh, well-stocked, and visually appealing to customers.
• Perform inventory management tasks, including receiving shipments, checking for quality, and organizing stock on shelves.
• Operate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts safely to move products as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the produce department, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and enhance overall store performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with inventory management practices is a plus.
• Ability to operate a pallet jack or forklift.
