We are looking for an experienced Sr. Recruiter to support hiring efforts for a Long-term Contract position based in Fremont, California. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented recruiter who excels in fast-moving environments and can independently drive searches across technical, operational, and commercial functions. You will play a key role in attracting top talent, managing multiple active requisitions, and strengthening recruiting practices to support business growth.

Responsibilities:
• Lead end-to-end recruitment for a wide range of positions, including engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, IT/software, and sales roles.
• Proactively identify and engage passive talent through targeted outreach strategies and modern sourcing platforms.
• Manage a high volume of open requisitions while balancing competing priorities and maintaining a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with hiring managers to define talent needs, align on selection criteria, and move searches forward efficiently.
• Oversee interview coordination, candidate communication, and offer process execution throughout the hiring lifecycle.
• Improve recruiting operations by refining workflows, enhancing candidate tracking methods, and supporting stronger hiring practices.
• Contribute to applicant tracking system optimization, including experience with platforms such as Lever when applicable.
• Adapt quickly to shifting business needs and operate effectively with minimal supervision in an evolving environment.• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in corporate or agency-supported hiring environments.
• Demonstrated success recruiting for engineering, manufacturing, technical operations, IT/software, and sales positions.
• Strong sourcing capabilities with a proactive approach to finding hard-to-reach and highly specialized candidates.
• Experience using recruiting and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Apollo, or similar platforms.
• Ability to manage 40 or more open roles at once while staying organized and responsive.
• Comfortable working independently, making informed decisions, and succeeding in ambiguous or fast-changing settings.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and process improvement within recruiting operations.
• Previous experience in startup, technology, high-growth, or other fast-paced environments is preferred.
