• Hiring Manager Partnership: Collaborate directly with Store Managers and Executive Leadership to define staffing needs, set expectations, and streamline the interview process.

• The Ultimate Close: Master the candidate experience, confidently navigating compensation conversations, overcoming objections, and sealing the deal on top talent .

• Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and optimize core recruitment KPIs (Time-to-Hire, Cost-per-Hire, and Retention Metrics) to report pipeline health to leadership.
