Rollback Driver

**Rollback drivers are not on call****No nights or weekends**We are hiring an experienced and dependable Rollback Driver to join our team. This position involves transporting vehicles using a rollback tow truck in a fast-paced repossession environment. The ideal candidate is professional, safety-focused, and capable of working independently.Responsibilities:Operate a rollback tow truck to transport vehiclesTowing duties in compliance with all local and state lawsSecure vehicles safely to prevent damage during transportCommunicate with dispatch and update job status in real timeComplete condition reports, photos, and required documentationMaintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of assigned truckRequirements:Must be at least 22 years oldValid driver’s license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required)Ability to pass a background check and drug testStrong attention to detail and ability to work under pressurePreferred Qualifications:Previous rollback, towing, or repossession experienceKnowledge of local areas and towing proceduresAuction TransportationCompensation & Schedule:Competitive pay(Monday through Friday) Day shift: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PMBenefits:Paid time off (PTO)Medical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) retirement planPaid trainingOpportunities for advancement #J-18808-Ljbffr
