Job Description

As a Batch Operator, you will be responsible for verifying raw material identification and package weights before batching. You will accurately process batches according to strict manufacturing formulas, ensuring quality and precision in every step.

Responsibilities

• Operate, adjust, and perform basic troubleshooting and maintenance on production equipment.
• Record complete and accurate data on quality control and production records.
• Operate sit-down and stand-up forklifts.
• Perform minor preventive maintenance on machinery.
• Conduct changeovers efficiently and safely.

Essential Skills

• Experience in production, mixing, and chemical processes.
• Proficiency in machine operation and troubleshooting.
• Ability to operate forklifts.
• General labor skills including compounding and batching.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• Experience with HMI (Human-Machine Interface).
• Ability to perform minor preventive maintenance.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting equipment.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Blytheville, AR.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
