Stable, respected skilled nursing facility in the community Collaborative leadership team that values your input Opportunity to make a daily impact on resident health and satisfaction Clear expectations, supportive onboarding, and room to grow What You’ll Do Oversee daily operations of the dietary department, including food purchasing, preparation, and service Lead, schedule, train, and evaluate dietary staff to maintain a strong, accountable team Ensure compliance with all Nebraska and federal regulations for long-term care dining services Maintain clean, organized, and survey-ready kitchen and storage areas Manage dietary documentation within the electronic health record system Partner with the Administrator to monitor budgets, control costs, and manage inventory Attend leadership meetings and contribute to facility-wide initiatives Develop and implement menus that meet clinical requirements while honoring resident preferences What You Bring Certified Dietary Manager (CDM) or equivalent certification (required) Working knowledge of long-term care regulations and survey expectations Experience in healthcare or senior living food service (preferred) At least one year of supervisory or leadership experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to lead a team while maintaining a positive, service‑focused culture Make a Difference Every Day At Skyview at Bridgeport, meals are more than nutrition—they’re comfort, routine, and connection.
