Your Role:
As the Cashier at Angry Chickz, you are the first point of contact for our customers. You'll play a pivotal role in shaping their dining experience by offering a warm welcome, guiding them through our menu, and ensuring a swift and accurate transaction. Responsibilities:

- Warmly greet customers and provide them with menu details or any promotional information.
- Accurately take orders, ensuring special requests or dietary needs are communicated to the kitchen team.
- Handle cash and card transactions, ensuring all cash is accounted for and registers balance at the end of your shift.
- Address customer inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area.
- Collaborate with the FOH team to ensure seamless operations and a positive customer experience
- Bag and wrap to-go orders
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
- Ability to handle money accurately and responsibly.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends.
- Prior cashier or customer service experience is a plus.
- Occasionally required to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
- Repetitive hand use
