Auto Claims Team Lead & Training Champion

Sedgwick is seeking a Claims Team Lead for Auto to supervise multiple examiner teams, manage workloads, and provide technical direction on claims adjudication. You will monitor performance, coach staff, ensure regulatory and quality standards, and deliver timely, accurate claim resolutions for high-exposure files while maintaining strong client relationships.
