- Responsável pela gestão dos projetos de desenvolvimento, garantindo que os serviços contratados sejam entregues com níveis de qualidade e prazos exigidos, utilizando recursos materiais necessários e recursos humanos habilitados e capacitados, obtendo os resultados esperados dentro do orçamento estabelecido.
- Atuar como responsáveis diretos pelos riscos de informação em suas operações e equipes;
- Planejar, executar, monitorar e controlar os projetos de desenvolvimento e sustentação de serviços digitais na Plataforma X-Via;
- Garantir o cumprimento de escopo, cronograma, orçamento, qualidade e metas estabelecidas nos marcos (Blocos 1 e 2 e demais entregas previstas no TDR);
- Gerenciar riscos contratuais, técnicos e operacionais, inclusive relacionados à segurança da informação e conformidade com LGPD;
- Assegurar aderência às metodologias ágeis adotadas (ex.: SAFe, Scrum, Kanban) e ao modelo de governança do contrato;
- Coordenar a elaboração de relatórios executivos, indicadores de desempenho (KPIs) e prestação de contas ao Cliente e ao financiador.
Qualifications
- Superior completo em Engenharia, Ciência da Computação, Sistemas de Informação, Administração ou áreas correlatas.
- Experiência desejável: 06 anos atuando em Gestão de projetos e programas de tecnologia da informação complexos, com preferência por atuação em governo digital ou em fábricas de software.
- Conhecimentos nas atividades relacionadas.
