Shift Manager

Job Overview Address: 5227 W. Washington St. Indianapolis, Indiana 46241. Pay range: $15.00–$17.00 per hour. EZCORP is seeking a Retail Shift Manager (Lead Pawnbroker) to provide outstanding customer service and lead a team in a fast‑paced pawn retail environment. Responsibilities Ensure a friendly, courteous, and respectful store environment that distinguishes EZPAWN from competitors. Process loans and loan extensions, negotiate satisfactory terms for pawn items. Perform opening and closing store procedures. Supervise, coach, and develop store Team Members. Promote sales of pawn items to increase store revenue. Build solid relationships with customers and the local community. Qualifications High school diploma or GED. Minimum 1 year of supervisory, key‑holder, or team/shift‑lead experience. Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer‑relationship skills. Excellent organization, time‑management, and prioritization skills. Ability to read and manage customer needs, provide clear judgment. Valid driver’s license and auto insurance; ability to pass criminal background check and drug test. Knowledge of commonly pawned items (tools, jewelry, firearms, electronics) a plus. Bilingual language skills a plus. Sales background a plus. Benefits & Compensation Competitive hourly wage of $15.00–$17.00. Flexible schedule with defined working hours. Monthly uncapped bonus potential based on store and individual performance. Paid 5‑week training program; $0.50 hourly raise upon completion and transition to Lead Pawnbroker.
