Our mission is to empower individuals on their journey to lasting recovery through compassionate, individualized care delivered by exceptional professionals.What You'll DoAs a Registered Nurse, you will:Perform comprehensive nursing assessments upon admission and throughout treatmentAdminister medications safely and accurately in accordance with provider ordersMonitor patients during detoxification and throughout residential treatmentAssess and respond to changes in patient conditionCollaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, behavioral health technicians, and case management staffProvide patient education regarding medications, recovery, wellness, and discharge planningMaintain accurate and timely electronic medical documentationRespond appropriately to medical emergencies and crisis situationsEnsure compliance with Joint Commission standards, state regulations, and company policiesPromote a safe, therapeutic, trauma-informed environment for patients and staffWhat We're Looking ForRequired QualificationsCurrent Iowa Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standingGraduate of an accredited nursing programCurrent CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skillsAbility to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary treatment teamCommitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered carePreferred QualificationsExperience in detoxification, behavioral health, addiction medicine, emergency nursing, medical-surgical nursing, or critical careKnowledge of medication-assisted treatment (MAT)Experience working with individuals experiencing substance use and co-occurring disordersWhy Join Renewal Falls?You'll be joining the founding team of one of Iowa's newest recovery centers.
