District Manager – Quick Service Restaurants (Des Moines, Iowa)

We’re a nationally recognized, multi-brand restaurant organization, we’re expanding across the Midwest. We’re looking for a proven District Manager with Quick-Service or Fast-Casual restaurant leadership background, to take ownership of a high-performing Iowa market and elevate it even further.

What You’ll Own
· Lead, coach, and develop 5–8+ restaurant leaders across your market
· Drive best-in-class operations: speed, accuracy, cleanliness, and guest experience
· Take full ownership of P&L performance — sales, labor, food cost , and profitability
· Use KPIs to diagnose opportunities and execute real-time action plans
· Build a "bench" of future leaders through hands-on coaching and accountability
· Be present in your restaurants —this is a roll-up-your-sleeves leadership role
What Sets You Apart
· Current restaurant District Manager (or equivalent multi-unit restaurant leader) in QSR or fast casual
· Consistent success across 5+ locations
· Strong financial acumen with ability to influence results
· Coach-first leadership style
· Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume food service environments
· Willingness to travel across the Iowa market
