Implementation Coordinator

Implementation Coordinator Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid – 4 days onsite per week) or Remote (eligible states: IL, FL, GA, SC, TX, AL, WI, ME) About Humanly AI-native hiring software for hourly, frontline, and high-volume hiring. Serves 9000+ interviews/day for customers including Microsoft, Domino's, MGM Resorts, Massage Envy. Series B funded ($25M). HQ in Bellevue, WA with global team. What You'll Do Implementation Support & Coordination: Support end-to-end implementations (kickoff to go-live), schedule/facilitate discovery sessions, maintain project plans, track action items. Platform Setup & Technical Coordination: Configure platform (AI Recruiter, AI Interviewer, Talent CRM, ATS integrations), support integration setup, validate field mappings, and expedite issue resolution. Customer Communication & Internal Partnership: Provide clear communication to customers, prepare agendas/capture notes, partner with Implementation Managers, CS, Product/Engineering. Contribute to improving internal playbooks, templates, and documentation. What We're Looking For Required Strong organizational/project tracking skills Experience at a tech company or sophisticated work environment (Internship OK) Comfortable with technical concepts (integrations, data mapping, workflows) Excellent written/verbal communication Able to manage multiple projects with competing priorities Comfortable in fast-moving, early-stage environment Available onsite in Bellevue, WA 4 days/week Passion for helping customers succeed Nice to Have 1+ years in customer operations, implementation coordination, project coordination, or customer success (SaaS preferred) Exposure to HR tech (ATS, HRIS, HCM) – UKG, ADP, Workday, Greenhouse, Lever, iCIMS, etc. Experience supporting integrations, field mapping, or implementation checklists Background in high-volume/frontline hiring (retail, QSR, healthcare, logistics) Startup/scale‑up experience building processes and documentation Success in the First 90 Days Days 1–30: Ramp on platform, integrations, methodology; shadow implementations; build relationships. Days 31–60: Support 2-3 active implementations; run meeting logistics; handle customer coordination independently. Days 61–90: Manage broader portfolio; drive timelines; keep stakeholders aligned; help customers go live smoothly.
