We are seeking a highly experienced Sr. Technical Lead / Data Scientist Lead with 12+ years of hands-on expertise in building and deploying AI/ML solutions. This role requires strong technical leadership, deep machine learning proficiency, and the ability to architect scalable AI platforms on GCP .

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and development of AI/ML, Deep Learning, NLP, and LLM-based solutions.
- Architect and implement ML-driven platforms and cloud-based applications on Google Cloud (GCP) .
- Build scalable ML pipelines and integrate with enterprise source systems.
- Drive technical decision-making, solution architecture, and best practices for AI/ML engineering.
- Collaborate across data, engineering, and business teams to design high-performance systems.
- Contribute to full-stack development using Java and ReactJS for product integration.
- Ensure quality, performance, and robustness of AI/ML models in production.
- 12+ years of strong hands-on experience in AI/ML .
- Expertise in Deep Learning, NLP, LLMs .
- Advanced proficiency in Python .
- Strong experience with GCP cloud ecosystem.
- Knowledge of software architecture and enterprise application design.
- Full-stack engineering experience ( Java + ReactJS ).
- Strong understanding of source systems and integration patterns.
- Strong problem-solving and technical leadership abilities.
- Ability to work independently and drive AI initiatives.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
