CDR ProSource is seeking dedicated General Laborers to join our dynamic team in a galvanizing shop in Waskom, TX . This position is ideal for a reliable, hands-on individual who can support production processes and work effectively in a fast-paced industrial environment. The ideal candidate is motivated, dependable, and committed to maintaining safety and quality standards.

Job Details

Job Type: Full-Time
Location: Waskom, TX
Pay Rate: $14 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 1st Shift (6:00 AM – 5:30 PM)

Key Responsibilities

• Utilize hand tools for various assembly and fabrication tasks as required
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
• Receive and move heavy metal parts throughout the facility
• Clean and prepare parts by removing corrosion, rust, and other impurities
• Assist in the galvanizing and coating process
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment following industrial safety standards
• Follow all safety protocols at all times
• Work weekends as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Ability to work in different environments
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
• Galvanizing experience is a plus
