Daily Census: 19Beds: 25Weekend Coverage: EOWLocals Accepted: N - must be > 50 miles.Years of Experience Required: 1 yr - House Supervisor or RN Manager experience.Unit Accepts 1st time Traveler: NoPatient Diagnoses: CHF, Pneumonia, obs rule out for chest pain, syncope, diverticulitis, cellulitis, COPD, ETOH withdrawal, Opiate withdrawal, debility.Special Procedures/Unit Details: Scattered bed unit that serves swing bed, detox, and medical patientsSpecial Equipment: Bariatric equipment rented when needed.Hospital has day surgery only, 7 bed ER, 25 bed inpatient unit that serves detox/swing/medical patients.RN ratio on inpatient unit 1:6 days 1:7 nights with LPN support to assist with med pass and/or take ALC/swing bed assignment.Majority of census is subacute client who require rehab for debility, wound care, long-term IV antibioticNo formal dress code, scrubs requiredRT services Mon-Fri 7a-3p onlyQualificationsActive NY State LPN License — required.ACLS, BLS, PALS required.EPIC experience preferred.First-time travelers accepted.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
