Contract | Night Shift | Full-Time (36–48 hours/week expected) | Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver coordinated nursing care for an assigned group of patients in the NICU according to established standards of care and the nursing process
• Supervise and direct the activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
• Coordinate patient care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking and professional judgment
• Apply independent and supervisory discretion in clinical decision-making within the NICU setting
• Document patient care accurately using EPIC (experience required)

Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice required
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
• AHA-NRP or ARC-NALS certification required
• S.T.A.B.L.E. (STABLE) certification required
• EPIC EMR experience required
• Availability for night shift scheduling; holiday time-off requests are not expected to be approved during the contract period

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN)
• Prior experience in an acute care facility setting
• Previous NICU nursing experience
