Engage customers, showcase our reality-based simulator, and enroll them in world-class firearms training—empowering civilians, military, and law enforcement to defend themselves. Prospect from a database of thousands, filling your calendar with eager leads alongside our marketing funnel. Nurture hesitant prospects into committed members with follow-up finesse. Update our CRM daily to track every opportunity and maximize your commissions. Schedule Full-time, 40 hours/week. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and rare holidays, with flexibility to fit your hustle. Note: Our facility opens soon —we’re hiring to build our launch team! What We’re Looking For Strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills to drive sales. A bachelor’s degree is a plus, but we prioritize fit and a can-do attitude.
