Real Estate Sales Trainee - Training & Mentorship Available

$102,300 - $192,000 yearly Responsibilities:

Engage actively in our comprehensive training program to build a strong foundation in real estate sales. Collaborate with experienced agents to learn effective lead generation and client relationship strategies. Participate in real transactions to gain hands-on experience and develop practical skills. Utilize proven systems for prospecting and sales to enhance your client service capabilities. Communicate effectively with buyers and sellers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions. Contribute to team meetings and brainstorming sessions to foster a collaborative environment. Stay informed about market trends and property values to offer clients the best advice possible. Qualifications:

Real Estate License Or In the process of getting one. Experience in customer service or sales roles, showcasing your ability to connect with clients. Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, to build strong client relationships. Proven track record of being self-motivated and driven to achieve personal and team goals. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment, embracing new challenges with enthusiasm. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Familiarity with real estate or a related field is a plus, but not required. Ability to work collaboratively within a team, contributing to a positive and supportive work culture.
