Product Expertise: Conduct premium vehicle presentations, deep‑dive feature demonstrations, and customized test drives. Maintain flawless, up‑to‑date knowledge of vehicle line‑ups, cutting‑edge technology, and manufacturer financial incentives. Pipeline Management: Execute rigorous, professional follow‑ups to maintain a seamless sales lifecycle, actively cultivating repeat and referral business. Cross‑Department Collaboration: Partner seamlessly with our Finance (F&I) and Service teams to ensure a flawless, white‑glove client delivery.
