Aesthetic Medical Injector (RN / NP / PA)

Job Description

Impact Recruitment is currently seeking a skilled and personable Aesthetic Medical Injector to join our clients growing team in Santa Barbara. The ideal candidate will be an experienced RN, NP, or PA who is passionate about aesthetic medicine and committed to delivering exceptional patient care. You will perform non-surgical cosmetic procedures including neurotoxin injections, dermal fillers, and other injectable treatments. Our client also offers medical skin treatments including IPL, laser, RF microneedling, so administering these procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform aesthetic injectable treatments including neurotoxins, dermal fillers and other light based and radio frequency procedures as trained and credentialed.
• Conduct comprehensive patient consultations, assess patient goals and suitability for treatments, and develop customized treatment plans.
• Educate patients on aesthetic treatment options, pre- and post-care instructions, and manage expectations for outcomes.
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with legal, regulatory, and practice standards.
• Maintain a high standard of patient safety, aseptic technique, and infection control.
• Participate in training sessions, continuing education, and keep current with the latest techniques and products in aesthetic medicine.
• Promote clinic services and foster long-term client relationships.
• Collaborate effectively with other providers and team members to ensure a seamless client experience.

Qualifications

• Active and unrestricted license as an RN, Nurse Practitioner, or Physician Assistant in the state of California.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in aesthetic injectables preferred; willing to train the right candidate with strong clinical skills and interest in aesthetics.
• Strong aesthetic eye and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and achieving natural-looking results.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Professional demeanor and commitment to maintaining patient confidentiality and trust.
