Perform oil changes, filter replacements, and lubrication services for vehicles. Inspect vehicles for any potential issues or areas that require attention. Conduct basic maintenance tasks such as tire rotations and fluid level checks. Maintain basic computer knowledge/aptitude. Keep track of inventory and ensure all supplies are readily available. Maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols and guidelines. Requirements Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Excellent problem‑solving skills. Strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple tasks. Able to learn and follow the VIOC SuperPro process for all services. Must have reliable transportation. Essential Functions Inspect and replace car lights and wipers. Check fluid levels and add fluids to vehicles as needed. Inspect/replace engine and cabin air filters. Add oil to engine in the proper amount based on vehicle specifications. Remove, rotate, lift, and reinstall tires for tire rotation service. Lubricate necessary components of the chassis/driveline. Perform additional services on cooling systems and transmissions. Perform second checks by visually verifying and performing proper callouts. Able to move from bay to bay to perform services on multiple vehicles. Frequently ascend/descend stairs, catwalks, or stepstools to retrieve vehicle parts or perform services underneath the vehicle. Able to work for extended periods with arms above head underneath vehicle on a catwalk. Constantly position self to perform required services under hood, related to tires, or on catwalk working underneath vehicle. Able to move/transport items up to approximately 50 pounds. Able to work with tools in tight, sometimes hard‑to‑reach areas. Communicate verbally and receive verbal communication to ensure accurate, safe performance of services.
