• Seeking Board Eligible/Certified Emergency Medicine physicians.
• Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physicians with extensive emergency department experience will be considered.
• Current IL state license is a plus.

• A 22-bed small, rural hospital.
• 6-bed Emergency Department with 26 patients per day.
• Variable patient mix including farmers and rural folks.
• Tele-neurology, tele-infectious disease, and point of care ultrasound are also available at site.

• Part of HSHS Southern IL market with access to St. Elizabeth's for most tertiary needs.
• Vituity-staffed ED, hospitalists, and tele-critical care physicians offer integrated care solutions at the site.

Estimated annual base compensation of $275,000 – $900,000, depending on site, specialty, clinical volume, schedule, and experience. Compensation for part-time and per diem roles is prorated based on clinical hours worked. In addition, Vituity physicians participate in our partnership model from day one, which includes profit distributions, equity ownership, and K-1 tax advantages. Total compensation including partnership income varies by site and may significantly exceed the range shown.
