Life/Health Insurance Position - State Farm Agent Team Member

Extin State Farm Insurance in Winchester, Indiana, is seeking a motivated individual ready to learn sales and earn additional income. This part-time inside sales opportunity can fit around family, college classes, or other commitments while allowing consistent time for training and customer conversations. Compensation $17-$22 per hour, based on relevant experience and transferable skills, plus commission and bonuses for exceeding production goals. What You Will Do Make outbound calls to existing customers and follow up on life insurance opportunities. Learn to discuss customer needs, explain coverage options, and ask for the sale. Complete applications and follow through until policies are issued and paid. Maintain accurate customer records and communicate consistently with the team. Meet defined training milestones and agreed activity and production goals. Work Location and Training This position begins in-office in Winchester, Indiana. All training takes place in person during the structured 90-day training program. After completing training, you must work three additional months in-office before becoming eligible for remote work. Continued employment depends on meeting training milestones and activity and production expectations communicated at the start of the program. Qualifications No prior insurance sales experience required. No life insurance license is needed to apply, but you must obtain an active life insurance license before employment begins. Comfort making outbound calls and initiating conversations. Willingness to learn, practice, and apply feedback. Strong organization, dependable communication, and consistent follow-through. Ability to manage your time and meet agreed goals.
