Part‑Time Store Associate (Twelve Oaks, Novi, MI) TechStyle Fashion Group – Fabletics Retail is looking for a Part‑Time Store Associate to join our retail store at Twelve Oaks, Novi, MI. In this role, you will help create a best‑in‑class retail experience, using cutting‑edge technology to enable customers to shop seamlessly between our website and store. Responsibilities Embody our culture and values and provide insight to customers on how to live their passion. Actively engage customers in new and meaningful ways, sharing knowledge about fabrics, features, fit, and function of our products. Drive customer engagement inside and outside the store through events, promotions, and community projects. Communicate inventory and training needs to the Store Manager to improve the customer experience. Maintain merchandising guidelines to make the store easy to shop and add value to the customer’s purchase journey. Participate in providing and receiving feedback to the Store Manager to continuously improve the business. Strive for excellence and exceed store objectives related to performance, productivity, efficiency, and quality. Maintain personal sales and achieve sales goals. Follow all safety and security standards and communicate potential issues. Unpack boxes for inventory as required (10–30 lbs); may involve moving, standing, and occasional stooping, kneeling, or climbing ladders. Required Skills Minimum 1 year of retail experience. Familiarity with active‑lifestyle choices such as yoga, cycling, Pilates, weight training, running, nutrition, and other healthy activities. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with customers, employees, and partners. Ability to work well with large teams in a fast‑paced environment. Good knowledge of retail inventory and POS systems. Self‑motivated, good communicator, and multitask with priorities under pressure. Flexible work hours, open to evenings, weekends, and national holidays. Physical ability to move, stand, reach, grab, and maintain for at least two consecutive hours.
