- Work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
- $120,000-$140,000 base salary, plus bonus
- Provide overall leadership for the accounting function and guide the day-to-day activities of the accounting team
- Drive an efficient month-end close and deliver timely, accurate financial reporting to company leadership
- Oversee key areas of the financial operation, including receivables, payables, credit, fixed assets, and inventory
- Lead the budgeting and financial analysis process, turning financial results into meaningful business insights
- Ensure appropriate financial controls are in place and that the company's financial information remains accurate and reliable
- Manage tax, audit, year-end, and other external financial reporting requirements
- Champion improvements to accounting processes and systems, including ERP enhancements that make the business more efficient
- 7-10 years of solid accounting and leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline
- Strong background in inventory
- Strong ERP system experience
- Manufacturing or distribution experience
