Job Description: Contributes to the development of Cyber Mission Force (CMF) capability standards at the individual and unit-collective levels for cyber work roles as defined in the DOD Cyber Workforce Framework (DCWF) and Secretary of War Cyberspace Operations Force (COF) Memorandum (July 2025)Assists in assessing readiness for cyberspace forces for conducting cyberspace operationsContributes to the development and maintenance of Training Curriculums, Schedules, Joint Cyber Training and Certification Standards (JCT&CS), Training and Readiness (T&R) Manual, and other training documentation and guidanceEvaluates effectiveness of training delivery to ensure training meets objectives and joint standardsAssists in evaluating training objectives Determines revisions for course materialsAssesses courses for equivalencyPossesses the ability to work efficiently in a military staff environment requiring coordination across USCYBERCOM Directorates, Joint Force Headquarters-Cyber (JFHQ-Cs), subordinate unified command headquarters (CNMF and DCDC), Service Cyber Components (SCCs), Combatant Commands (CCMDs), components and agencies, and USCYBERCOM Strategic partners and stakeholdersQUALIFICATIONS:Minimum ten years of training experienceMinimum of Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or universityREQUIREMENTS:Active TOP Secret/SCI w/CI POLY
