Job Description

As a Security Officer Alarm Response Driver in LIMA OH you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a dynamic aerospace and defense location you will conduct routine patrols maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents monitor access points and communicate professionally with personnel and visitors. This driving position offers the opportunity to support critical operations while delivering exceptional customer service. What Youll Do:

• Provide customer service to personnel visitors and/or contractors at an aerospace and defense location by carrying out security-related procedures site-specific policies and when appropriate emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents alarms access-control concerns and critical situations in a calm professional problem-solving manner escalating matters according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned buildings grounds parking areas and perimeter areas; working environments and conditions may vary by location.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity verify authorization as directed by site procedures and help to deter unauthorized entry into restricted areas.
• Document patrol observations incidents and unusual conditions in required reports and communicate relevant information to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.

Minimum Requirements:

• A valid drivers license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21 years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal state and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid drivers license will be required for driving positions only.
