THE CLIENT

This particular client is a smaller sized (+/- 200 ppl, 3 offices) multidisciplinary firm who work on a number of Energy/Utility related projects and are expanding their building systems/ MEP presence (commercial, industrial, institutional, multi-unit residential, etc.)

OVERVIEW

The ideal Candidate will have 10+ years of electrical engineering experience in MEP and their PE. You will be tasked with technical leadership, production oversight, and the QA/QC of the Electrical Engineering department.

ROLE/ RESPONSIBILITIES/ SKILLS/ EXPERIENCE

• Degreed BSEE BSAE or equivalent, 8+ years’ experience, PE preferred

• low and medium voltage power distribution, lighting, emergency and standby power, renewable energy, fire alarm, low voltage/ ICT – communication, cctv, access control, building automation interfaces, and electrical construction administration.

• Soup to nuts – planning, design, permitting, bid documentation, construction administration, commissioning, and close-out.

• Lead/ mentor, design, review, CAD, Revit, BIM, calcs, CDs

• Client/ site visits, meetings
