Licensed Clinical Social Worker

LifeStance Health seeks a Licensed Clinical Social Worker to provide outpatient therapy to children, adolescents, and adults in a patient-centered, mission-driven setting. Responsibilities include diagnostic assessments, individual and family therapy, crisis intervention, and collaborative treatment planning in-person and via telehealth.
