OCM Readiness Manager

Job Description

Requirements

8 or more years of experience in enterprise organizational change management and project readiness.
Proficiency in OCM methodologies, readiness assessments, and alignment strategies.
Experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and project management office tracking tools.
Experience in gap analysis and adoption risk mitigation for large-scale technology rollouts.
Experience with post-implementation support models and user adoption frameworks.
Experience in coordinating multi-vendor workstreams and cross-functional technical teams.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

Synchronize training, communications, and readiness activities with the master project roadmap.
Perform technical gap analyses to identify and mitigate risks impacting upcoming system launches.
Oversee the finalization of user readiness assessments and post-implementation support models.
Lead cross-functional teams consisting of internal staff and external vendors to meet PMO milestones.
Maintain high-level stakeholder engagement to ensure organizational alignment with project goals.
Generate comprehensive progress reports and technical documentation for program leadership.
Execute tactical communication workstreams to facilitate the transition between project states.
