Registered Nurse - Clinical Education Specialist

Job Title: Registered Nurse - Clinical Education Specialist (CES) – Oncology Schedule: Full Time, 40 hours a week Responsibilities Assess, implement, and evaluate education programs and core curriculum for patient care staff. Serve as a clinical and educational consultant expert and support ongoing professional development of clinical staff utilizing current evidence‑based practice and research. Handle system responsibilities for general and area‑specific orientation, continuing education, certifications, and competency. Collaborate with other educators and leaders, serving as a referral resource for staff, patients and community information and education. Maintain current clinical knowledge and standards of care in oncology to support quality outcomes. Travel between all locations in the Saint Luke's Health System to support oncology inpatient and outpatient settings. Qualifications 3‑5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse. Various Master’s Degree (evidence‑based practice preferred). Experience in oncology product line preferred. Demonstrated ability to design and deliver clinical education programs.
