This is not your typical Branch Manager opportunity.
ICM Capital Management is an established private real estate lending fund looking to launch and scale a residential mortgage division. We're seeking an experienced, entrepreneurial Branch Manager to build this operation from the ground up.
Unlike many mortgage companies that expect managers to bring all of their own resources, we're committed to investing in your success. We'll provide the marketing, operational support, technology, and infrastructure needed to help you build a high-performing team and a scalable platform.
If you've always wanted the opportunity to build something your way—without having to start your own company or raise your own capital—this is your chance.
We're looking for a leader who knows how to recruit, develop, and inspire loan officers, implement systems and processes, and create a culture of accountability and growth.
If you're a seasoned mortgage professional who's ready to take ownership of building a division with the backing of an established private fund, we'd love to speak with you.
