This position offers a unique opportunity to support our mission of putting families’ homes and lives back together across the Mid-Atlantic while upholding our culture of Family First, Compassion, and Communication.What You’ll DoCommunicate with crew chiefs and lead technicians to understand and meet customer needsRespond to emergency service calls as part of Thomasville Restoration’s commitment to rapid responsePerform mitigation processes following company guidelines and instructions from crew chiefs/lead techniciansInventory, load, and prepare vans with equipment, products, and supplies for jobsClean, disinfect, and inspect equipment regularly to ensure safe useMaintain a clean and organized vehicle with proper equipment appearancePerform end-of-job and end-of-day cleanup and breakdownComplete daily, weekly, and monthly vehicle and equipment maintenance checklistsTake ownership of responsibilities and suggest ways to improve efficiencyAssist with other duties and tasks as business needs evolveWho You AreValid driver’s license requiredAt least 1 year of experience in water mitigation or disaster restoration preferredIICRC certification preferredStrong attention to detail and a proactive, team-oriented mindsetReliable, hands-on, and comfortable with on-the-road workYour ImpactAs a Water Mitigation Technician, you are the first line of support for families experiencing water damage.
