Base pay range $75,000.00/yr - $85,000.00/yr Senior Professional Recruiter at Insight Global LOCATION: Miami- Remote Comfortable with 15-20% travel throughout the year Atlanta, California, NYC - mostly national travel (paid for by company). REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 5+ years of experience in marketing, branding, or communications. Some managerial exposure in the last few years. Industry experience: some exposure to sports and entertainment preferred, or luxury brands if not. Experience executing and managing paid media campaigns. Strong storytelling and content creation skills. Strong ability to use data insights to optimize marketing strategies. Excellent communication, passion for marketing, and strong ability to work with others. Financial acumen - ability to aid with budgeting conversations, tracking budget for campaigns, etc. JOB DESCRIPTION We are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and execute marketing strategies, with a strong focus on branding, communication, and audience engagement. This role is ideal for a creative, data-driven marketer who excels at brand storytelling, campaign management, and digital innovation. Day to Day: Branding and Communication: Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance brand and audience engagement. Craft brand storytelling that highlights sports, entertainment, and product authenticity. Market Engagement and Campaign Management: Lead targeted marketing campaigns. Manage paid media campaigns, overseeing budget allocation and performance tracking. Monitor KPIs and adapt strategies for optimal ROI with clients. Stay ahead of industry trends by integrating new technologies and marketing innovations into campaigns. Technology and Innovation Integration: Work with team to integrate blockchain authentication and digital engagement tools into marketing activities. Explore emerging marketing technologies.
