Member Services Representative Location: Kenner, LA 70065 FLSA Classification: Non‑Exempt Mission: We at Planet Fitness are dedicated to creating a judgment‑free environment where everyone can achieve an active lifestyle. Our focus is on building lasting, healthy habits for all. Responsibilities Deliver a high‑energy, positive experience for club members and encourage them on their fitness journeys. Maintain a clean and welcoming club environment that meets members’ expectations. Recruit new and existing members for fitness classes and introduce them to Black Card amenities. Assist at the welcome desk by checking in members, offering greetings and farewells, and providing non‑high‑pressure tours. Support membership enrollment, club operations, and other responsibilities as needed. Lead by example, stay enthusiastic, and invite members to participate in club activities. Adhere to a flexible schedule that may include nights, weekends, and holidays. Qualifications Minimum age 18 years. Passion for helping others and commitment to excellent customer service. Physical capability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform other tasks described below. High school diploma or GED equivalent. Demonstrated on‑time dependability. Physical Demands Occasional lifting, pushing, or pulling of at least 50 lbs. Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, bend, balance, kneel, twist, or crouch as required.
