Associate Director, Pharmacy Innovation & Implementation - Johnson & Johnson HCS, Inc

Johnson & Johnson seeks an Associate Director for Pharmacy Innovation & Implementation to develop and refine pharmacy capabilities that deliver personalized patient experiences across the medicine portfolio. The role involves strategy design, operational optimization, and cross-functional leadership in a complex matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

Collaborate on pharmacy capability and strategy design using market assessments and voice of patient feedback
Monitor patient-experience metrics and operational effectiveness against brand objectives
Lead continuous optimization using patient analytics, benchmarking, and compliance monitoring
Evolve data sources and analytical approaches to uncover insights about patient journey
Monitor industry trends, emerging pharmacy models, and technology to inform program changes and network design

Requirements

PharmD or BSPharm degree with active, unrestricted U.S. pharmacist license
Minimum 5 years healthcare, pharmaceutical, pharmacy, operations, or related business experience
Strong strategy, innovation, analytical skills, and business acumen
Excellent leadership and ability to manage projects without direct-report authority
Superior written and verbal communication skills for all leadership levels
Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
Ability to work from NJ, PA, or Pittsburgh location and travel domestically up to 25%
