RN Grad Fellow Job Responsibilities Makes clinical decisions based on experience, patient population data and intuition. Promotes clinical decision making development in all team members. Provides validation of clinical decisions for other team members. Seeks validation from others for complex patients or unfamiliar situations. Supports and empowers patients and families as they progress through the healthcare continuum from health promotion to end of life decisions. Counsels and acts as a resource to resolve issues. Our nurse residency program is not a repeat of nursing school. As a resident of this one-year program, you'll be given ample opportunities to expand your clinical reasoning, communication, and leadership skills in the acute care setting.
